The Personal History of David Copperfield by Charles Dickens, "with forty illustrations". Published around 1900 by The Walter Scott Publishing Co, London (n.d.). Cover cloth is bright red with bright gilt title block. Discoloration of cloth at the cover / spine connection. Floral art and gilt title on the spine is faded. Light shelf-wear on the upper spine. Back cover is good with three discoloration spots. Eps are black with a large prize sticker on left eps, dated 1905. Black and white illustration on the frontispiece and title page. Title page has a few light fingerprints. Interior pages are white, crisp and well intact with an occasional small foxing spot. Gilt lines the interior page edges. 533 pages + advertising; 8 1/4 x 5 7/8"

Aunt Diana by Rose Nouchette Carey. Published by Hurst & Company, New York around 1900 (n.d.). Economy edition from the publisher with economy paper and print. Cover is gray with green undertones and red art nouveau style design. Cover has several discoloration spots near the title. Gilt on the spine title is faded and cloth is heavily darkened. Back cover is gray with soiling along the edges. Eps are heavily tanned with light pencil marks. Lower right corner of the title page is cut off. Interior pages are stiff, heavily tanned throughout and intact. 199 pages, 7 1/2 x 5 1/8"

The Incarnation of Krishna Mulvaney by Rudyard Kipling. Published by Bretano's, NY around 1900 (n.d.). Part of a "Pomegranate Series" from the publisher. Decorative cover is dark green with gray undertones, and dark red and dark blue decoration. Cover has small discoloration spots along the upper and left edge. Bright gilt title on the spine. Back cover is decorated like the front with design. Eps are white with penned signature dated 1903. Interior pages are soft, white and well intact with mild tanning throughout. Pages order edges were published with a rough finish. Rear eps are white. 82 pages, 6 1/4 x 3 7/8"
