For your consideration, we are selling this Zimmer and Rohde "Lakeview" fabric. We have 4 remnants. Three of the remnants measure 55" W x 17" L and the other measures 55" W x 18" L. The fabric content order is 40% cotton, 30% viscose, and 30% polyester. The horizontal repeat is 27.559" and the vertical repeat is 35.433". The designer net price per yard is $148.00. We will sell all 4 pieces for $120.00. These are great remnants for a small sewing project.
