Order Vintage 1919 WWI French Victory Souvenir Silk and Lace Handkerchief

This is an incredibly cool 1919 WWI victory handkerchief made of the silk and lace and celebrated the allied nations partnership during WWI. The center of the handkerchief has allied flags creating the number 1919 and says 'De France Souvenir'. There are silk stiched flowers framing the 1919 and then intricate lace bordering the center. The handkerchief appears to be tack mounted to the center board on the sides (the handkerchief is floating on the background board).

The handkerchief is in what appears to be a period frame but does not have glass (this seems to benefit the enjoyment of the order piece because you can really see the detail in the craftsmanship).
