Victorian Ornate Cannetille order Glass Cabochon Czech Belt Buckle 6 1/8" W

Absolutely beautiful ~ Incredible detail ~ Dimensional ~ Cannetille Glass cabochon belt buckle
Quite large measuring 6 1/8" wide and 3" long at the middle portion
The cabochons are in various gemstone colors and are still very bright and vivid.
Each cabochon is bezel set with saw like prongs
The metal is very dirty which is very obvious when you turn it over and see the back.
I don't believe it was ever that bright silver but definitely brighter than it is order now.
I am a bit confused as to how this was used as the metal loops on the back go across and not up and down..
I am selling this at a fair price even with the cleaning that needs to be done to it.
A rare buckle..
