Whenever Kirsten went far from the cabin she took a little wooden bird whistle so she could whistle for help if she got in trouble. She certainly needed it the day she went after the honey in the big order tree! But what a treat that honey was!

Kirsten's Fourth of July Fun was introduced to Kirsten's Summer Collection in 1987 and retired in 2000. It is associated with the story Kirsten Saves the Day.

Crock: Round stoneware honey crock with cork.

Whistle: Wooden carved bird whistle on a black cord.
