RARE Vintage 1940s order Green Suede Jacket

Very rare green 1940s suede jacket. No evidence of removed padding in shoulders, but I think it was designed with room for padded shoulders of dresses and blouses in style in the era, but looks good worn over garments without pads, as shown. Buttons down front.

*Jacket is not olive green but colour may read that way in some pics.

Hips across bottom: 42"
Length: 25 1/2"
Sleeve length from outer shoulder seam to cuff: 23"
Shoulders armcye to armcye: 15 1/2", 17 1/2" across outer edges of shoulders

Condition: very good. Buttons don't all match and may be replacements. A few light marks and spots on suede, but it presents beautifully. Lining is in excellent condition.
