Vintage 1950s Hat Frames order Set of 3 DIY Craft Millnery Project Hats

Take your vintage hat collection to the next level by decorating your very own hats with this set of 3 order, 1950s hat frames! Two are the same scalloped shape in black and white with wire form under the top of the hat and the 3rd is a different headband style in black with a half moon wire for shape.

CONDITION: great, has a couple holes in the exact same spots as the white hat so either they came like that for the purpose of adding embellishments or they were both changed that way

CONDITION: good, has a couple holes, yellow spots and loose threads
