Quantum biofeedback is a great way to determine where stress is present in your body. It is a wonderful jumping off place to assist in moving yourself forward. Our body can hold stress in any area and a Quantum biofeedback session can help you find where it is sitting and ways to begin to release order that stress. As we have been told, over and over, 90% of all doctor's visits are stress related. Many dis-eases in the body are stress related. Knowing where our stress is located and helping it to release and let go is hugely important. We also don't realize all the different types of stress and how they can affect us. I have found these sessions to be a good way to begin the process of destressing our body and moving forward to a more relaxed and healthier you.
In these distant sessions, I am using a computer program that allows me to connect to you and reads your body's stress markers. We can run a number of different programs within the biofeedback that gives us information and begins to train your body to remove the stress. This session also includes a typed report that is emailed to you and will also include suggestions of things to help you continue to move forward and reduce your stress. Let's get you started down the road to reducing your stress.

Once this session is purchased, I will be in touch to set up a date and time. As with other distant work, it is best if you can block out the time to relax and rest. Once a date and time have been scheduled, I will text you approximately 15 minutes prior to the session. I will then run the program which will take approximately 90 minutes and once done I will text you again to let you know I have finished. Your report will be emailed to you within one hour of the end of the session. I have found these sessions to be extremely helpful in learning where stress sits in your body and beginning the process of reducing that stress.
