Antique order Victorian gold filled, floral etched bangle bracelet with a cool looking inscription inside. I honestly cannot figure out exactly what the inscription says but I belive it may be a to and from with the year it was gifted to someone (April 1922 or 1912). The hinge and hardware is functional. It is in good condition except for tarnishing and fading of the gold fill. It is marked with a maker, PFS and Co (or PES and Co).
