This gorgeous dolphin suncatcher is super sparkly when placed in order a sunny window or patio/veranda.

The dolphin is made from extremely sturdy 2mm thick pure copper wire. The fine wire wrapping is stainless steel to give a nice contrast to the copper.

The suspended feature beads are all Swarovski crystal in shades of blue, turquoise, green and clear. The eye of the dolphin is a black, facetted vintage glass bead. There are also some glass feature beads in the dangles.

I have antiqued the copper (darkened) and rubbed it back to give depth, and have achieved a really lovely, warm coppery finish.

All of the wire, including the pure copper chain that is used for hanging, has been coated in a jewellery grade, non-toxic clear lacquer to protect from tarnish, oxidation and fading. Your suncatcher will look beautiful for years to come.
