This two piece dress is made of abstract print 100% cotton fabric in shades of turquoise has 3/4 elastic sleeve, The 1" elastic waist skirt, has a 12" ruffle on the bottom of skirt. Blouse and skirt are adorned with yellow, red, white and black 5/8" ribbon order that have two rows of stitches on each ribbon to prevent the ribbon from rolling.

Neck is bound with matching self fabric, and closed with a hook and loop. There is a approx. 4" slit in the front to allow room for the head to slide thru.

Measurements:
Blouse - 27-1/2" length 50" bust/waist
Skirt - 63.5" hips, 32.5" length, 32-50" elastic waist

I will adjust the elastic waist at no extra cost if you give me your needed waist measurement.
