We did power this on, set it up, etc., but we found we prefer Apple system versus Android as that's what we are most familiar/comfortable with. And then I missed the return window, so this is virtually brand new but was used for a few days before we decided (so it may have some fingerprints, etc.) order It was re-set to factory settings according to directions.
