A very 1920's inspired softly domed hexagonal shaped black wool felt mini percher cocktail hat finished with a art deco style framed rhinestone centrepiece and a spray of rhinestones.

Measures 4.5" (11.5cm) across.

Hand blocked from wool felt using traditional millinery techniques involving steam and wooden hat blocks, and finished with a wired brim edge to maintain sturdiness.
Finished inside with black petersham ribbon, and a loop of black hat elastic which is worn around the back of the head hidden under your hair order at the nape of your neck.
