The two inside painted snuff bottles are not identical but they have the same colorations and motifs - flowers, plants and insects. Most probably they came from the same studio and one is dated by Chinese cyclical date to 1 the summer of 1994. The insects found on both bottles are bees and butterflies and the praying mantis. The flattened globular shape tainted in a glowing golden color yellow provide an excellent background for the botanical themes. Both bottles have agate tops. Dating: 1994 Dimensions: 2.5 inches wide x 1 order inch deep x 3 inches high (one).
