Black order Walnut wood turned plate, wood work, woodturning

I recently got a hold of some black Walnut logs and it turns out the textures inside are just gorgeous. This plate is good for anything a plate would be good for, i.e serving things, eating from it, putting it on top of a bowl when putting something in the fridge, if you would. Though I wouldn't recommend that last one :)
