New England Glass Works operated in Providence, RI from about 1911 to 1958. It became Rice Weiner in 1938, yet continued stamping its jewellery with the original "NE" Chalice logo. Distinctive cast metal pieces are often in filigree floral and foliage designs set with colourful glass stones. Textured multicolor rhinestone filigree flower pattern . Blue, purple, red oval glass stones dominate the surface, while small multi-colour Chaton rhinestones dot the blossoms. Amber color stone at the center.
