French vintage dark hardwood, hand carved lidded box, desk accessories.

This is a really beautiful shaped and lidded box which would make a fabulous desk accessory, perhaps to keep you desk knickknacks. It has been hand carved into this exquisite shape, which has an high quality Art Deco feel about it. It could equally be used to keep jewellery, or cufflinks etc. I have placed some small pens in the box, but normal length pens will not fit, the internal length is 4.9" / 12.5 cm.

Condition:
The box is in good condition, There is one small chip out of the main box on the edge that meets the lid 1 cm, see the last photo.
