This listing is for one non-functioning Roman shade (there is no mechanism or cords to pull it up and down with) in 80/20 linen cotton, high end, designer fabric. This is a beautiful paisley pattern with soft, neutral colors--grey, stone, light teal blue grey, and light mint green on a tan background. *Fabric samples are available (search "fabric sample or swatch").

*Includes a charcoal/ivory ticking hem and white cotton sateen lining. The rod pocket is 2-1/2"and it has three (3) folds.

MEASUREMENT GUIDE:
*Please add a note to me with your faux shade's exact width up to 50" by length up to 20".
*OUTSIDE: Include 1 or 2 inches beyond the window's casing or 2 or 3 inches for drywall on each side.
*INSIDE: Measure where your tension rod will go inside the sash area. I will deduct 1/4", so the folds will fit well.
