A wonderful pair of French peasant travaille bleus ~ these order wonderful textiles are such fabulous finds! These trousers are produced using a heavy cotton denim, built to withstand time and daily work use! The tones are beautifully unevenly faded blues with whiskering. ~ These pants date c1940's ~ ~ lovely dyed cotton. There are hand mends on the front and many stains. There is a tag on the interior that reads "ZVT n". ~ Unique , one of a kind always . These textiles were used throughout the French countryside and can still be seen today ~ Freshly laundered and ready to use.
