Webstor Complete Condition is used. Webstor is in great condition overall. Leg rubber band is new and tight and the figure stands easily. Waist action will snap from either side but the figure stops in the forward facing position. Some minor paint wear on the teeth and red dots of the forehead. Paint is great on the belt, armor and boots. Armor is in great shape as well, no broken clasps. The grappling hook pulls back and forth as designed, although it does offer a little order resistance sometimes and needs to be pulled back and forth slightly to eliminate the resistance; there is a little wear to the thread.
