Comes with everything seen in the first picture. The suit fabric is very nice ad realistic, but overall everything needs some fixing/cleaning. The included armor pieces will need some repair as well. The size says large, but it basically fits like a size small. The shoes are size 38. There are order some blue stains on part of the leg (shown in the 4th picture). I have worn it about 3 times.
